| Bob was born on July 2, 1951,at DeSoto, the son of the late Dora (Maness)West and Oral "Ole" Schrum. He is survived by his wife, Audrey (Hull)Schrum, a son, Chad Schrum of Farmington, three daughters, Melissa Schrum of Bismarck, Brandy (Mrs. Woody)White of Farmington, and Tara(Mrs. Erik)Mickelsen of St. Paul, MN, a brother, Ole Schrum of DeSoto, two sisters, Rose Womble of Bismarck and Tina Nelms of Cape Girardeau and two grandsons, Dillion and Brady White. |

Bob worked as a Correctional Officer at Farmington Correctional Center and was also owner of 'Bob's Custom Striping.'

Our birthdays, kisses, hugs, hide and seek in the dark together, camping in the tent, horseback riding, my chicken Bobby, watching you shave, games we played, and first love all remind me of you. Thank you for coming into my life when I was so young. Thanks for the wonderful Christmas with your arms all around me, our time together in Colorado, short notes, the stolen moments, watching your eyes twinkle when you laughed and all the wonderful memories of you. Thanks for saying good-bye.... and knowing it really wasn't forever just this lifetime. This is the first song I learned to play on the piano and sing. I went on to love again, but nothing is so memorable as that first love.
