reported
that
Illinois
recently
moved
to
shut
down
Dr.
Sheldon
Burman’s
clinic
for
adding
length
(up
to a
half-inch)
and
girth
(up
to
50
percent),
but
only
after
"dozens"
of
dissatisfied
customers
won
lawsuits,
describing
themselves
in
variations
of
"shriveled
up."
Burman
said
he
stands
by
every
one
of
the
"thousands"
of
procedures
he’s
done
(by
vacuum
and
stretching)
since
1981.
